Since the time change was moved up my clock is now a hour behind, how can i fix this?

I have the same problem.

Since time change, my clock is 1 hour behind like the rest of the bloggers here. I changed the time, but went right back to old time before day light savings. Won't change itself until the old format of daylight saving comes into effect sometime in April 2008 This has happen the last two years.
