Cold water trickling out of machine during rinse cycle
Replaced screen and hose. It appears that there must be an internal screen that's clogged disrupting the flow? This is a GE Profile Performance Wizard WPSE7003A. How can I get to this to clean it? The warm water flows just fine. Can't wash in Cold water right now.

In the rinse cycle it will use cold only to rinse with.
You need to see how fast the water is going into the machine on rinse
Things that can effect slow fill, low water pressure, Faulty cold valve
water hose & valve filters clogged, Kinked hose
usually the wash is a mix of hot and cold and the rinse is just cold, that said, it is most likely a problem with the cold water supply. check to make sure the cold water valve is all the way open and the hose isn't kinked. If those are ok turn the water supply off and remove the supply lines on the machine side, you will see a screen inside the washer that may be clogged with sediment. If so, just clean it out and put it back together. You may also want to run a wash cycle on cold only to see if it fills slowly for the wash cycle. If it does fill slowly on cold you have low pressure on the cold side.
Hi, Remove the inlet hoses and clean out the screens inside the inlet valve. Most of the time it is the cold water that gets plugged up. Because you state the rinse cycle is filling slow, I believe the cold is your problem.
Please let me know if this helps or if I can assist you further.
Flows out where , drain or into machine ? If into machine , Most washers have a cold rinse into machine . If your using hot fill and you get a trickle , then problem is a clogged screen at the valve or a bad water valve .
It sounds like you have some buildup in the cold water valve screen. Where the hose connects to the washer there should be a screen inside the valve. Remove the cold water hose from the washer and clear any debri on the valve screen.
If this doesn't fix the slow cold water flow then you will have to replace the whole water valve assembly. The water valve is the piece that the hoses connect too and supply water to the washer.
If you have anymore questions about this please ask. I will be more than happy to help you out.
HI thanks for your question. the cold water valve either has a clogged screen or a faulty water valve. remove the cold water hose and clean out the screen, try again. could be all you have to do. if its acting the same. replace the water valve. thanks the appliance doc. please rate my answer. thanks.
Yes remove the hose from where it connects to washer look inside water valve and remove plastic screen with needle nose pliers Without damaging it. Also make sure that it gets back in proper as the valve will be damaged without it.
The first thing I would do is remove the hoses from the inlet valve and make sure the screens are not clogged in the valve. On some models the valve will compensate on fill opening both hot and cold. It will not do this on cold rinse. Before ordering any controls check this out first. If it's still the same I tend to believe it's a valve problem. The buzzing you are hearing is the valve.
