What make , model an year vehicle ! Ground what ? Most vehicle's from 96 on the coolant sensor is a input to the PCM - engine computer . The info it gets from the temp sensor is sent on a serial data communication network to the instrument cluster . GM had bad stepper motors inside the instrument cluster . You like making parts stores rich too . Why don't you take it to a qualified repair shop ! Instead of thinking your a TECH .

My pool pump makes a buzzing noise but there is no water circulating into the pool and no suction what-soever. What could be the problem?

First, Check your voltage at the terminal with a voltmeter. If it is within 10% of what is stated on the name plate, try the following suggestions. If is is more than 10% off, call an electrician. Common problems that cause this humming with no suction in these pool pumps are:
-Take the pump apart and look for rubbing that could be causing your pump to tighten up.
-Check for a seized motor. If the motor has seized up, you will have to have it repaired or replaced.
-It could be a winding switch or capacitor problem. Again, a pro will have to service it.

Need a manual for a salt water pump

What brand of pump do you have with the pool? It should have a manufacturer name, or model number, located somewhere on the pump. Look for a sticker on the pump basket area or motor. You will be looking for the pool company/pump maker name, NOT the manufacturer of the motor.

Many pool equipment companies do not make the motors that go on the pump. AO Smith and Centurion are common motor manufacturers. Once you find out the name, or model of the pump, many companies have Owner's Manuals online. For Sta-Rite and Pentair Owner's Manuals, follow the link below:

If you still can not find an Owner's Manual online, then you need to call the company and see if they will send one out to you. If you need more assistance, just let me know and I will help you look for one.

Sta-rite well pump. My pipes froze and now I have a leak. When I plugged in the pump to check which pipe was leaking it cuts on and off every 2-4 seconds. If fixing the leak does not fix this what should I...

Is the pump above ground or in the well ?
If its above ground, sounds like you have air in the pump which will not let it operate properly, if you fix the leak, you will have manually fill the pump with water from the access hole on top of the pump, its takes time and patients to do this as I used to live in Northern MN, and was on a well too, once in a while I would have to prime the pump do to water loss somewhere in the system, if it is a pump that is down inside the well, you will have to call your local well driller and inquire as to the cost of diagnostics and repair, hope this was helpful, thanks for your Question,
