Corrupted data

If there is corrupted data in your Mp3 player, please reformat your player your factory settings(it depends upon the manufacturer, mostly use the reverse side of the needle to press in the pinhole that is available somewhere in your player). This action deletes all the files in your player and all the settings are reset. Your player will be now like a new one. You can upload music again and use it as normal one. Thanks for choosing fix-ya!. Please rate my solution as helpful.

Artist all songs is wrong

This means that your Library is corrupted and needs to be recreated this will not delete you *.omg files just you library.

Please delete your Library: Go to the Windows Explorer, and make sure to make hidden files visible (go to the Tools on the menu and click the Folder Options, then on the View tab, select the Show hidden files and folder.)
Browse to C:\Document and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Sony Corporation\CONNECT Player\Library and delete all the files located in this folder. Then, recreate a new library.

Ipod problem - playing songs in order

sounds like you need a new hard drive, which has a little read-write disk in it that is getting finicky... just to get more use out of it lay it on side or other positions and hear if works ok...if so its diffently Hard drive. you know the sandisks are 2 gigs no moving parts why doesnt somebody put 20 together making 40 gigs and replace the failing Ipods!!??? just pure electronics and no moving parts and much smaller...not like a hard drive. I thought of this over 30 years ago looking at the first plug in video game.

Won't play the songs i put into my sansa e250

You might have to take the product back because you might of corrupted it. I corrupted mine just recently and I had the same problem. If you decide to get another one, don't unplug the MP3 before it's done saving.
