Hi you need to check the USB port on your player for damage or it could be the USB cable itself that is bad. It its not either of these issues then there's something on the main board of your player that has went out and you will need to replace the main board will need to be replaced. YOu can try what they call a hard reset and see if reloading the firmware will help

u just need to attach it to the computer and upload your mp3 files like u would a flashdrive. You do need to have software to convert CDS to mp3's but more thank likely you already download mp3s and have many of them. f you need help to convert the CDS to mp3's go here
they have free software to do it for you. download, install follow instructions in the help to use.
The driver download link is shown below. Have the MP3 player connected first before downloading the driver so the computer will reconigze the driver as needed.

Well, what you should do is google it or go to the mp3 manufacturers website. They usually have a support page where you could find the download you need. I dont think you need the cd, I could be wrong though. I had a similar problem and I was able to find what I needed that way. Good luck
You need to use Musicmatch Jukebox. This player also needs Windows XP and Windows Media Player 10 to work.
It is not compatible with Windows Media Player 11. If you have version 11 you will need to uninstall 11 to roll back to 10.
iPod does not need any drivers only thing you need is iTunes if you dont have iTunes download iTUnes from here and when you connect iPod iTunes will detect it and there you can copy songs and syc play list and songs.
hi, all you need to do, is plug the mp3 player into the computer, after like 30secs go into my computer you will see theres a new drive appeared probably somthing like E: F: .
double click on it, and all u need to do is copy your MP3 files into this drive and then unplug and enjoy :-)
