How do you charge the sansa clip mp3 player

There should have been a cord included with the Clip. It has a standard USB connector on one end and a rather flat connector marked "Sansa" on the other other end. This end goes into the slot at the bottom of the Clip, with the "Sansa" label up (on the same side as the thumbwheel and screen on the Clip). The other end goes into a USB connector on a computer. Leave the computer powered on to deliver power to the Clip.

If you need one, you can download a copy of the manual from the manufacturer's web site at http://www.sansa.com

How do I turn the shuffle off?? I go to settings, choose music options, choose shuffle and highlight "on" and nothing I hit makes it change to "off". Help!!

Hello,

For the Sansa Fuze, the selection Shuffle Mode is correct, just like you told:
In Main Menu > Music > Submenu > Music Options > Shuffle Mode:
1. Select Shuffle.
2. Use thumbwheel to choose Shuffle on or Shuffle off.
(to play songs in random order, set Shuffle to ON).
3. Press Select to change the Shuffle mode.

See page 9 (=page 6) of the manual in pdf format for the Sansa Fuze:

Thumbwheel: 5
Select button: 9

My Sansa connect's thumbwheel is stuck what do I do?

There isn't very much you can do about a physical defect such as this. On the positive side, Sansa Connects are selling very cheaply these days ;-) ... you can usually get one for under $35 from eBay, or possibly even a website such as Buy.com or Newegg.com.

Need to know how to turn up the volume, in my new with out a manual, sansa fuze I would like an operating manual.

While playing, turn the thumbwheel clockwise to increase the volume. Obviously, you turn it counterclockwise to decrease.

You can download a copy of the manual from the manufacturer's web site at http://www.sansa.com
