Machine wont draw any milk through

the machine wont draw any milk up from the resevior to heat to make the coffee etc, it worked fine but i think my son has let it **** up air and we are wondering if this has damaged it. it heats up the water which in turn heats the milk as it passes it inside the machine, but when you turn the dial to go theres nothing.

You are not supposed to put milk in the resevoir and run it through the machine. That's likely the problem. But like most parents you will continue to blame your child until he is totally alienated and your relationshio is an empty shell.
