The type of batteries that you use will make a difference. You didn't specify what type of batteries that you've been using. If you haven't been using lithium batteries, I would try some of those. You can find them anywhere they sell batteries. They're the energizer e2 ones. Usually in a blue package. They're a little more expensive than the regular alkaline ones, but they're better for digital devices and they'll last a lot longer.
The simple answer you will not find any parts available for digi cameras- because there are none- the makers don't work that way in the main.
If the camera is Young[ish] the Tech Support team may offer to replace the camera or charge a modest fee for a swap out.
But finding spares - Nah!
