My daughter's barbie power wheel jeep keeps slipping out of gear and won't drive.

make sure that the cogs on the tires are in tight contact with the drive motor, you might have to add some washers to take up the free space

Is there a way to remove barbie jammin jeep wheels without breaking the parts holding the wheels on?

Sorry to tell you but in order to remove the wheels from the "Barbie Jammin Jeep" wheels the parts holding the wheels on would actually have to be removed. The Jeep is made mostly of plastic that has been "molded to fit" meaning that trying to remove the wheels would be a big problem unless you intend on decommissioning the Jeep and it's parts.
