How do i change the font size in aol

on aol or on aim? they are from the same company but they are two different things.

for AOL you go to the settings tab/icon on the top of the screen...it will be in the middle...scroll around to find the font...choose what you want to do...click and another screen comes up...change the style, color, size and everything from there

for AIM...go to the Menu drop down located at the very top of the AIM screen...choose settings...the choose style...again...change the color, size and type of font you want to use

How do i change my aim i con to a personal photo from my computer

On you AIM window, click where your picture goes ( it should say "edit" when you rest your mouse on it) and then choose "upload a picture". From there, browse in your comp, choose and then open your pic and it will change your icon to the picture you have chosen.

Having trouble with password i am a new aim user every time i put password in says invalid help

If your password doesn't work
There are several reasons why your password might not work:
  • The password you entered isn't capitalized correctly. AIM passwords are case-sensitive, so if your password is "Password," entering "password" (note the lowercase "p") won't work.
  • (For AOL subscribers only) You've recently changed your AOL password and are trying to use your new password with the AIM service. Even if your AOL screen name is also your AIM screen name, changing the password for one doesn't affect the other.
You can have your password sent to your e-mail address by submitting your screen name at the following Web page: http://www.aol.com/aim/password.adp.

My Dell Dimension 2350 won't fully boot up. I have Windows XP. It gets past the log in screen and the icons come up, but it freezes up at that point. I am also getting an error message at the log in screen...

ViewMgr is related to AIM/AOL installs. It is not needed and from what I read, most find it to be a form of Malware of sorts as it opens a listening port on a specific port. Find it in your Add Remove programs and remove it.

Also, if interested, there is an alteration of AIM available from the website below which will allow you to download and install AIM and the program will remove all of the spyware-like software. It's called Aim Ad Hack and I highly recommend it over the traditional AIM.

I don't want AIM or AIM pro to come on automatically.

ok When you turn on your computer and it autimaticaly logs you in you need to log yourself out and then on the screen where you put your user name and password, there will be a little box thats says, save my password and there will be another one that says sign me in automaticaly. Uncheck the one that says sign you in autimaticaly. If you want to use your vidioe camera you dont need aim pro unless you have a mac then the vidioe set up process is a little for complicated
