Problem for Acer Aspire 4520-5582 PC Notebook

my webcam & bluetooth was doing fine when i first bought it on Aug 08' but since a month ago the problem began with webcam appears to be a blank screen and then now it affected my bluetooth too. i read in forums that it must be sent back to Acer for warranty due to motherboard & webcam faulty. Is there any way i could resolve this before i decide to sent it for repair?

CHECK THE FIREWALL AND THE WINDOWS DEFENDER AND WINDOWS ANTIVIRUS.

THE BLUE TOOTH GOING TO HAVE SETTING IN THE CONTROL PANAL

THE FIREWALL AND ANTIVIRUS WILL EFFECT ALL COMMUNICATION WITH THE OUTSIDE WORLD AND ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE INTERNET AND YOUR PROVIDERS AND THERE
SERVERS.

YOU MAY EVEN FIND A BLUETTOTH FOLDER AND OR WIRELESS TYPE FOLDER

CHECK THE DEVICE MANAGE WILL LIST EVERY THING YOUR COMPUTER USES AND IF IT IS WORKING CONDITION AND DRIVERS UP[DATES, WHAT EVER YOU NEED TO SOLVE MOST PROBLEMS.

Same as me, my webcam usually works at first but when i change position off my screen it will stop working and a popup notice about usb devices is appear.

My webcam appears to be blank too but sometimes especially during the day, it works fine. What is wrong? Is it the mainboard problem coz my bluetooth also not working nowadays. It says "bluetooth device not found"..... Please help!!!

Webcam was working fine when first opened but after a few days only able to view old pictures, Blank brown Screen is appearing
