Question about MyGuide 3050 GPS Receiver
Can unscrew the 4 screws in the 3100 unit but can.t open it to access the battery
MyGuide is compose from two plastic (grey and black). The black one keeps the battery, the speaker and the motherboard, whitch is linked to the display, whitch is connected to the grey plastic part of your GPS.
Now the fisrt thing you need to do is detache the gray part of the black part (BE VERRY CAUTIOUS!!!) and then you will see a golden connector on the upper left corner. Remove that conecctor verry carefully, and then the motherboard will bee a little loocer. On the back side of the motherboard the two more connectors, remove them carefully and you have access to the battery.
