Question about Creative Labs PD1001 Webcam
to find Creative Labs drivers, go to this page: http://support.creative.com/and in the upper right hand corner, choose your region of the world...on the next page, choose your country and language. This is importantas some models are only sold in certain countries, so be sure to selectthe country where you bought the cam.
once you are in thesupport page, click on the cams section and see if your cam appears onthat page.... if not, and you need help to figure out what exactly tolook for on the site (there is quite a lot) use the link to help you'identify your cam' in the upper right corner above the photos of allthe cams.
after that, use the link at the bottom to find yourcam in the lists provided on the next page.... once you selectsomething from the list, you have to click the 'next' button at thebottom.... that should take you to the page where you can download yourdriver, and possibly other software and a manual if you need thosethings too.
be sure you select the driver for your operatingsystem, and keep in mind that some older cams don't work on newersystems, like windows vista.
let me know if any of you need more help on this :)

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
