Question about Sony Ericsson K810i Blue Smartphone
My partner lost her phone and had it blocked only to find it the next day. I have got a puk code but do not know how to enter it onto the phone, would be greatful for any help, thanks.
what you need to do is contact your network operator and ask them for your puk code and to reset your pin and put them into your phone (you may need to show proof of identity that the phone is yours)

I think you will need to contact the company who blocked the phone, you need the puk code to unlock the sim card if the pin code is entered wrong 3 times, if its blocked at another end then the block needs to be released by the company who placed it.
Let me know if you need anything elsde.
