Question about Nokia 6220 classic Smartphone

2 Answers

I have an LG KP500 cookie, and I have connected it to the comuter and put a load of music on it. After I disconnected it the music played fine, but then cut out and when you go to play a song, a message comes up saying 'this is unsupported file', what does this mean? How can I play my music?

It may be that the download was half way through when you downloaded it and the phone completely cut out after playing half of the music. I have the same phone and the PC Suite is really difficult to work with. Most of the time my computer crashes about 3 times before it actualy starts working. you have to be very patient. Concult the users manual its not very helpful but the problem may be simple and the answer might be in the manual somewhere.

I think this might be due to the file type. MP3.....Mp4.....WMA. you need to check which type of file the phone uses to play music files.

Tried putting music on my lg cookie seems to go on and then says file not supported exiting and wont play

be sure that the file is in mp3 format, and has the extension .mp3

or if you are using the music widget on the home screen, check if you havn't moved the file to a different location

Whenever i insert the memory card in my lg kp 500 phone and press music, it restarts. what should i do to access my music?

This occurs when you have connected the Handset to the PC and removed it before disconnecting it from the PC safely and while there is an ongoing data transfer. Connect to PC again, delete all music files, again transfer music files from PC to external memory, safely disconnect and then try hearing music. It will work. Try it out

My Music Player Always shows No Files

If you've copied those songs into Phone memory, not on a microSD, than you must put in in the specific folder. As far as i remember on a LG PC Suite II it shows "Music" or "Sounds".
