You're computer might have some virus infection, try downloading malwarebytes from, run a quick scan, after that, you will see the infected files, click show all, then remove selected,it might ask you to restart for complete removal process..try to check your cpu usage asa well..make sure that its not more than 50% if theres no such activities performed. Try uninstalling uncessesary programs which might eat up your memoy usage

Videos hang after those stupid commercials

The first step would be to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player by going here. Then close all open browser windows, open a new one, and try again. If it still hangs, I would try with a different web browser such as Chrome or Firefox. If it works in one but not the other, try clearing your temp files and/or resetting your browser. Instructions for doing this vary by browser. Below are the instructions for Internet Explorer.
Clearing Temp Files in Internet Explorer
  • In Internet Explorer, go to Tools - Internet Options. If you don't see Tools, look for a gear icon in the upper-right. Click on that and go to Internet Options.
  • On the General tab, click Delete.
  • In the window that pops up, make sure the check box for Temporary Internet Files is checked, then click Delete.
  • Click OK.

Reseting Internet Explorer to Default Settings
  • Warning - this will completely reset your browser, getting rid of all cookies, add-ons, bookmarks, etc.
  • Go into Internet Options again, and go to the Advanced tab. Click the Reset button.
  • In the window that pops-up, click the Reset button again.

Windows Explorer problem

You might try re-installing IE. Maybe a new installation will debug. It won't do any harm...
Good luck!

Internet expoler unhandled exception .in third party module and should be closed. when i try to close it keeps popping up with new windows and they will not close so i end up with a lot of window starting...

First of all get a good Malware and an anti-virus programm [I use AVG n its good] n try removing any viruses that must have found way into your computer. Secondly stop using Internet Explorer coz it's very vulnerable to Viruses.I suggest u use Google Chrome download from here: Click 'Accept and install'. Thirdly keep your Anti-Virus and Windows Up-to-date.

Most likely a damaged or altered registry entry. Clicks start and type
'regedit' and hit <enter>. Expand the keys at left to reach:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Click on this key, then locate the shell string in the right pane. Double
click it, replace the contents with just:

Click ok, then close the registry editor and reboot.

This will resolve the issue.
