White screen

Hi.
Generally an all white screen scenario is caused by no signal from the monitors video board getting to the actual screen.
It could be as simple as a disconnected ribbon cable that mounts the two items.
It could also be a fuse on the back of the actual lcd screens circuit board. These fuses are usually labeled F1.
If you have a tester and the capabilities, in normal running mode the screen should be getting around 5 volts dc at this fuse.
The other problem could be a bad video board. These are not always repairable.
