- Go to Control Panel -> Keyboard - We have options where we can configure the repeat delay and repeat rate - To configure sounds you can go to Control Panel -> Sounds and Audio Devices -> Sounds Tab - You can configure sounds related to Windows Operations here P.S. Although the settings I have specified here are meant for Win XP (when control Panel is in Classic View), they would remain almost the same for all Windows OS.

    - When you say that "....unless there is a pause...", are you releasing the key and then pressing it again? or You would just hold the key and it is repeated after a pause?

    - Also have you tried connecting a different keyboard to the PC and see if that works?

After typing first line, hit the return key. The carriage would not return to the far left margin...it only moved 12 or so spaces to the left.

The carrier slides on a silver shaft that is about 1/2" thick spray some WD40 on the shaft, if that doesn't do it you have to get some on the carrier motor bearings located under the case in the R. rear corner.

To reprogram my remote for on my Jaguar X-Type does the ignition or the engine get turned on 8 times?

I am going to save you $400 here buddy. First make sure that the battery in you remote is good. Now here is Jaguars big secret, place key in ignition. Turn to position 1, now turn key up to position 2, then turn key back to 1, repeat this 4 times and you will here a ding sound. There you have it your remote is programed to your Jaguar. You must be fluid with it dont go to fast but unless its done perfectly it will not work. The ding sound is what lets you know it has worked. I had a 2002 x-type and when I bought it , it only came with 1 key hub which of course wasnt programed so I took to Jag and thats when they hit me with this crazy amount. They said $150 to test if your remote even works if it does the for another $150 they would program it for you. If your remote is bad though its $150 to test, $150 for a new key hub, and $150 to program it. And FYI we are not talking about a new key oh no. The key splits into 2 pieces $150 only gets you the remote side which is what you need to use yoyr keyless entry and trunk........ Dont ever loose the whole key bro $650 Be aptient until you find your rythem follow the steps exsactly Key in ignition pos 1 then pos 2 and repeat 3 more times giving you a total of 4 cycles through the process once you hear the ding soynd your good. You might have to repeat every once in a while but dont get yourself discouraged if your remote is already programed to you car then the process unprograms it and the process will have to be repeated. It works brother if you do it right. Good luck ;)

Automatic shut down relay is shutting down!

Relay controls choke try this
Checking your ECU for codes yourself (OBD I)
  • Start with the ignition off. Within five seconds, switch the key on, off, on, off, on. (On is *not* start!)
  • The "check engine" light will flash. Count the flashes Each code is a two digit code, so a (for example) 23 would be FLASH FLASH (pause) FLASH FLASH FLASH (loong pause)
  • It will never flash more than 9 times, watch for pauses!
  • 55 is end of codes - it's normal. Before you call your dealer or mechanic, consider that the blink-spacing is not always perfectly uniform, so if you see 23 23, it's probably just a single 55. (Codes are not repeated.)
  • 33 is normal on earlier models if you don't have air conditioning.
    • John McGuire wrote: "The older Vipers will blink out diag codes with four off/on key turns. They removed the capability starting in... I think 2000, at any rate I know my 2001 requires a computer to check the codes."
  • On some models (such as a 1995 Neon), when the check engine light goes on, you may be able to get the codes simply by putting in the key and moving it to the RUN position; the light will blink out the codes by itself.
  • Please note that some codes are NOT included below, this is not a complete listing, but it IS very close to complete. It stemps from a list posted on the Mopar Mailing List, but many modifications have been made.
  • * Activates Power Limited/Check Engine light on some models.

Welcome to Fixya

Sound like the key is sticking. Try to login in to safe mode by pressing F8 when you boot up the computer. If you experience that same problem in windows safe mode then its gonna be a keyboard problem. You may call Lenov support at 18774536686 then option 2 for repair if th computer is still in warranty.

Thank you for using Fixya!

JAM LABEL

1. Turn the printer on and make sure that the LCD display reads 'ON LINE'.
2. Press the PAUSE key once. [The display will read 'PAUSE'.]
3. Press and hold the PAUSE key until four or five labels feed forward.
NOTE: On some models, pressing the pause key will change the LCD display to 'TRANSMISSIVE'. If this happens, repeat step 3.
4. Press the RESTART key. The printer will go back ON LINE.
5. Open the print head and reposition your labels, so that they are ready for printing. Close the print head.

Check in your control panel for your keyboard settings, it's usually just a small problem, try changing your repeat time and please get back to me.
