Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
I have a sansa 260r, got the start in recovery mode message. I downloaded the new firmware, had the chance to format it and so was trying to delete the old files on it. IIt wouldnt delete and when I came across it on the screen it froze up and the screen turned white so I let the battery die so I could reset again but now it just has a black screen but the wheel is lit up and blue. The Pc doesnt recognize it and it wont go into recovery mode now either. Please help
I just had the same problem try opening the mp3 player and removing the battery, then put battery back in and it should start working again
