You have a fatel error in your printer. This is unfortunate, but I call them as I see them. The fuser unit has failed and will require replacement. A simple enough task for a technician, but it might take you a little longer. If you hunt around on the internet you should be able to find a fuser unit from a local brother service agent, if they will sell it to you. Otherwise you might be able to look up brother spare parts and you should find something.
