A E000 means that the fuser unit is not heating up correctly. You will most likey need a new fuser unit. If you unplug the copier and plug it back in and it will not come to "Ready" you need a new fuser. Good Luck

1)due to fuser unit temperature control fault.
2)try to reset the machine by tuning on and off
3)fixing thermister or thermoswitch faulty due to cannot maintain fixing heater temp causes E002 appear.
4)check any paper roll over the surface of fixing roller.try to remove it.
5)fixing roller or fuser roller located near to printing output.
If the plate looks solid, then it's probably right where it should be. It sounds like a sort of ramp that feeds the paper into the fuser.
Start with the paper itself. Make sure it is in the machine properly. Here is a short guide on a few things to check:
If it is clear thin plastic like saran wrap, then that is probably the fuser roller sleeve.
The only way to repair that is replacing the rollers or fuser unit.
That would be a cause for the jamming also.
Replacing the fuser unit or the fuser rollers will probably require a service technician to come in to replace these parts.
Most copier companies do not make the fuser unit customer replaceable except for a very few makes and models.
