i can explore my pen drive but i can't open it on double click and it dos'nt opens in on some computers

my pendrive is lighted when its inserted into d port..but when i double click on d icon i get a message stating "j:\ access denied..but when i right click on it and give explore it opens..im feared whether is tis the starting stage of it getting corrupted..or s der any virus in it..can anyone clear me with dis..

1. Try to explore. 2. Delete the autorun file. 3. Remove ur usb pendrive and again insert it u'll be able to open it on double click

Your USB connector have a problem. U try other computer or other USB connector.

First try another computer if the same problem appear, try to open the system of the pc by pressing F2 or F10 depending on your BIOS and select USB boot device there.Restart the computer and try to load the pendrive. Another you may need to installe USB driver from your motherboard installer.

check it on some other system also or try to open through explorer it the problem persists then its the fault of pen drive

Pendrive error message "please insert a disk in removable disk"

right click my computer.
click manage
selest disk management
right click to drive-H
select change path 7 name of drive
change it to any letter except lettur used for your other drives
thats it it is done.

hello, i have a Kingston 2GB Pendrive.I had run a program "LOCKv116.exe" on my pendrive and set password on it, but now after inserting pendrive to my pc, it is detected but when open it this message appears "please insert a disk into drive G:" If try to format it message is "There is no disk in drive G:"..If I run the program LOCKv16.exe it shows a message "please insert the device or run this utility as previledged user."
