Could you explain in more detail what you mean when you said you moved around the cord and pushed and wiggled the oven? I'm concrened about a bad cord or outlet, which could lead to a fire.
So - it runs, and it seems to be fine, but it's not heating?
Any unusual noise - groaning, growling, etc.?
It sounds like it may have a magnetron acting up and interfering with the control panel or the magnetron thermostat / thermal cutout may be going bad.

I unpluged the microwave and tested the recepticle with a tester. The recepticle was good. I plugged it back in and it came on. It has been on ever sence but does not heat. Is there a diagram of the microwave available? This is a built in unit. Is it possible to repair it without removing it from it's location?
