Blowing circuit breaker

Hi

I have a cadco, yesterday I made something in it and forgot to take it out. The oven was very steamy. It would not turn on with blowing the circuit breaker outlet (can't remember what that it called) it is plugged into. I had hoped if something dried it would be better but not.

If I turn the dial for the temperature, it blows that that circuit breaker.
