Question about Canon i9900 InkJet Photo Printer
I followed the 2 solutions offered on the Canon site. When neither worked, I followed the "reset print head" directions I found on FixYourPrinter.com (also cited on this site as the only solution). That also did not work, albeit the directions were not for the i9900 specifically (& I could locate reset directions for my model). I also tried to find the i9900 repair manuaal online at 2manuals.com and another site but it was not available. Please, please help me. THANK YOU!
Flash in orange 5 times indicates that the printhead is faulty so that the printer cannot detect the printhead. Rarely, faulty logic board and carriage unit may cause the same problem.
