Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
My PC doesn't see my Sansa e260 MP3 player. It doesn't show up under device manager or under My Computer. We've done the Windows troubleshooting for USB devices. Still can't see the player. We've tried this on a desktop PC and a laptop PC. The desktop has Windows MediaPlayer 11; the laptop has Windows Media Player 10. We've tried both MTP and MSC modes. Can anyone suggest a solution? Thanks!
Refer to the SanDisk site to update your player. Your pc probably isn't the problem.
