Each Micrografx Designer 3.1 *.drw file should hold one page of drawings, and that one page should be at page 1 in the Micrgrafx layout.
Corel Designer Technical Suite X5 has a free 30-day trial period. This program will import a Micrografx Designer *.drw file and let you SAVE AS or EXPORT AS an *.svg file.
Many current drawing programs, e.g., Visio, can import this *.svg file and let you save as a *.vsd file.
But if your *.drw file contained many pages of drawings, your converted file will have many pages of drawings but often in a single large page that you cannot edit. So safer to start out with *.drw files that each contain one page, and that one page should be drawn at page 1 within Micrografx Designer.
I have used the above method to convert very old Micrografx Designer 3.1 *.drw files to Visio *.vsd files. One problem was the Greek letters that were italics in the *.drw file are not italics in the *.vsd file.
it shouldn't be - A9 was carefully written to reduce loading times It sounds as if you don't have enough Ram depending what OS and other programs you're running, you may simply be running out of memory and forcing use of the swapfile.
ok try this and if does not work, call HP and they should send you a replacement. ONLY TRY MY SOLUTION if you have the software to reinstall your scanner.
Go to my computer right click and go to properties, go to hardware, device manager, and find your scanner in the list should be under imaging devices. Click on it once you find it and click unistall. Let it unistall
REBOOT and reinstall with the software. And then try it.
You can also have it install it by going back to device manager right click on your computer name and scan for hardware changes
Yes but most of the stuff comes out in bitmap form. No a problem if you don't want to be searched by search engines. Select the object you want to be interactive, go to Effects then drop down to Rollover then out to Create Rollover. Go through that again but this time select Edit Rollover. A dialogue box opens. Click in the 'enter URL box and enter the URL. Click the check mark (4th icon from the left). Go to File and down to Publish to the Web. Choose HTML. A dialogue box opens. Lots of stuff in therer but choose where you want to save the page in the Destination box and click ok. Find and open the file where you saved it and click the object you gave the URL to.
1. Click Start, Programs, Accessories and Run.
2. In the open window, type: regedit and click OK.
3. Choose the following path
4. Right click on the Quattro Pro folder, select delete.
5. Say yes when prompted to delete the key.
6. Close the Registry Editor
7. Launch Quattro Pro
This key will be re-created when you reopen Quattro Pro. I ran into this problem when when I tried to open a QP SS on my hard drive after previously opening one from my thumb drive. Now I copy to my hard drive first.
