Easy. Walk up to it, don't do anything else but push "1". Wow!

Pretty easy, huh? It's the Background Music BGM function.

I was cleaning my phone and I pressed on something and now there is music playing that i can not stop,I don't know how to stop the music,my phone is panasonic KX-T7730

Here are two methods to turn off background music, one of these should work depending on which Panasonic phone system your phone is connected to.

1) With phone idle, press the 1 key on the dial pad (turns off background music when it is on and turns on background music when it is off).

2) With phone idle, press intercom button then dial *751 on the dial pad followed by 0 on the dial pad to turn off background music(confirmation tone will be heard) and end by lifting handset and replacing in cradle. To turn background music on, press intercom button then dial *751 on the dial pad followed by 1 or 2 on the dial pad to select the background music source(confirmation tone will be heard) and end by lifting handset and replacing in cradle.

How do i delete speed dials on panasonic kx-t7730

since panasonic kx-t7730 does not have a delete option
we can however replace the number to a another number or a dummy number as per the model
KX-TA624 ....PRESS 2 *
KX-TA1232...PRESS 3 0
.... TYPE DESIRED NUMBER(eg: 0000)
AND HANDUP

This would replace the existing number

I have a verizon phone but i want to unlocked

HI,

  1. Now this doesn't work on all phones, but a large percentage of them it will. I'll write more articles on how to unlock the password off your Verizon Wireless phone if you've forgotten it later on. But this will solve a large percentage of your standard phones. Now the Smart Phones, being either BlackBerry or Motorolla Q's and such, are more secure. But here's some info to get you started.
  2. Step 2 Ok Pick up your phone and dial *228, when the prompt comes, hit the number 1. After the music is done playing it's comepleted the OTA or Over The Air programming. Ok now, on some phones, you can't hit any numbers after dialing *228, so instead dial *22890. This is the faster way to do it and skips the prompts. It'll play some music and in most cases reboot after it's completed.
  3. Step 3 Now, if you were able to do that, which on most phones you are. Simply dial the last 4 digits of your phone number and it should work and let's assume that you are now able to get into the menu of the phone. Go to Tools and Settings, then either security, or first hit phone settings and then security. Again you'll have to type in the last 4 of your phone number and select unlock.
thank you,

My Panasonic KX-T7730 has a humming sound when the phone is hung up. If I turn the volume down, I have to turn it up when I am on the phone.

It would play music if you had a music source plugged into the cabinet.

Without picking up the handset, press "1". Your humming should stop. It's the command for Background Music ON/OFF.

Unknown format

I work for Coby technical support. Our customer service phone number is 1-800-727-3592.

Your Coby player will only play .mp3 and .wma files. Any other type of music file such as .aac, .acc, and m4p, which are found in iTunes, cannot be played by your Coby. If you have music that's not in mp3 format there are various ways to convert it so that you can play it on your Coby. Please make another posting if you need additional help with converting your music.
If you feel this solution doesn't deserve a good rating, please let me know why so that I may better assist you. If there is anything more I can do to help, I will!
