I have problem with my acer 3260 obicam each time i try to lunch it gives conplain thet it's been used by another person, pls what can i do, how can you help me out. thanks

You can use the Vista driver most of the time in Windows 7 for older device. I have had a lot of success.
You can try it if it does not work you always uninstall it.

The only place to get that driver will be Acer. The drivers are going to be specific to your machine and device combination. You can download these drivers from their site for your operating system. If you changed the operating system from the one that came on the machine you will need to find a machine with the same OS using that bluetooth device on the Acer website and download the driver from there.

Get at the Acer support site.

You are missing your drivers,..go to their website and download your drivers, you have to match it up with your type of laptop

I suspect the other one is a card reader and the other is included with the chipset package.

Disconnect the camera from the usb port restart the computer and uninstall the whole driver from add or remove programmes restart the computer again andknow reinstall the drivers and make sure that the camera is not connected to the computer and im sure it should work....If it doesnt work try to download this driver and use it from the following link http://driverzone.com/device.php?id=2394

I' m using acer travelmate 3260....window xp.....whn i click on obicam it shows "camera is in use by another applicaton...stop the application then press reconnect button"...

i think u r using windows vista . and using xp drivers for the cam . go to acer support section and downlaod the latest driver for vista
