Turn on your cellphone's bluetooth, try searching for a new device. If found, select Jabra BT150 and enter default passcode "0000". Nice bluetooth headset, Goodluck.

Hand set says connecting even before it is reset with new base.

This sounds like a registration problem, each 'old'
handset must be de-registered from its original
base and then registered to the 'new' base.

NOTE: the CS6229 handles a maximum of 5
handsets. If you have a handset displaying
"Handset #5" then you have a 'fully populated system'
even if you actually have only one or two handsets.

You will need to clear each handset ( I ) then clear
the base of all registrations ( II ) before re-registering
each handset ( III ) up to the maximum of five.
=====================================
( I ). First, to de-register a handset ---

0. Start by taking off the battery compartment cover.

1. press [menu]
2. scroll up/down to "Settings"
3. enter * 7 8 9 0 #
4. scroll down to "next page", press [select]
5. scroll down to "Register Clear?", press [select]
6. display asks "Confirm?" or "Register Clear??",
press [select]
7. display reads "Ok" and chirps, press [ off ]

8. UNPLUG THE HANDSET BATTERY
(this is why the cover was off)

9. Wait ~30 seconds, re-connect the battery &
replace the cover

10. display reads "Not Registered"
===============================

( II.) To clear the base of all handset registrations
( if needed, else skip ahead to ( III ). )

1. press [Find Handset] on the base and hold
past ~4 sec when the "In Use" lamp lights, at
about 10 secs the "In Use" lamp will begin to
blink. 2. release the [Find Handset] button momentarily,
then briefly press it again. After a moment,
all handsets that were registered to the base
(if any) will display "Not Registered" and be
ready for fresh registration ===============================

( III.) To register each handset to the base:

1. press [Find Handset] on the base and hold for
~4 sec until the "In Use" lamp lights.
2. press # on the handset and set the handset into
the handset cradle on the base
3. within 30 seconds or so, the handset will either
chirp and display "Handset Registered", then
"Handset #x" or it will say "Registration Failed".

NOTE: the battery must be well charged prior to the
registration process, a weak battery may cause a
"Registration Failed". Charge the battery for a
few hours and try the registration ( III ) again.

===============================
Good luck !!

I cannot download pictures from my LG Neon gt365 to my computer. What do I need to do? Do I need a USB? Do I need a micro SD? If so, what kind do I need? any help would be great!

You should be able to connect it using a usb cable that will need to be bought separately and a micro SD card installed in the phone. You should be able to buy any micro SD card up to 4GB. Also, if you buy a card with an SD adapter that will allow you to connect the SD card (with a memory card reader) to your computer without the additional usb cable. The manual link is attached: http://www.tmoatt.com/uploads/53/LG_Neon_GT365_UG_English.pdf
Per the manual:
Transferring Music from the Digital Music Service 1. Using your computer, open your preferred PC music management client. 2. Download the selected song to your library. 3. Make sure the microSD™ card is inserted properly into the handset. 4. Use the USB adapter cable to connect the handset to the PC. When you try to connect handset on your PC, the handset displays "Call and Message functions will not be available while connected to USB". 5. Once the USB connection has been established, the handset displays "To avoid data corruption always carry out safe removal hardware on PC after use." and the computer screen then shows the LG NEON device. If the detection does not occur, skip to Changing USB Connection Settings section on page 63. 6. Follow the instruction in the program to transfer music to your handset. n Note If you have a USB hub, connect the handset directly to your computer rather than through the hub. Transferring Music using Windows Media Player 1. Open Windows Media® Player on your computer (version 10.0 or higher). 2. Use the USB adapter cable to connect the handset to the PC. When you try to connect handset on your PC, the handset displays "Call and Message functions will not be available while connected to USB". 3. Once the USB connection has been established, the handset displays "To avoid data corruption always carry out safe removal hardware on PC after use." and the computer screen then shows the LG NEON device.

Plantronics cs60 cordless headset not working properly with Mitel 5220 ip phone. Cant switch between handset and headset. When you lift the handset sound comes from the headset. The same headset works fine...

I'm sorry for being long on my answer here...
The bad thing here is that the CS60 is not a Mitel approved/supported headset. The only headsets that are approved for Mitel Superset or Mitel IP telephones are the Plantronics Polaris model.

BUT many other headsets do work with Mitel telephones. Since they are not "supported" by Mitel, you should contact the headset manufacturer for configuration guidance. Some have dip switches, or dials that need to be in certain positions to work with certain telephone models. This can be different from one phone to another.

Plantronics web site and their support people should be able to guide you to configuring this headset properly for each model phone.

How is the headset and handset connected? It sounds like the CS60 is connected to the handset port of the phone and the handset is connected to the CS60. When you go off hook with the handset, it sends the signal to the CS60 and depending on the switch on the CS60, it will send the signal to either the handset or the headset.

OR

The CS60 is connected to the handset port and the handset is connected to the headset port. To make the headset port work, you must have the CS60 connected to the headset port and the handset connected to the handset port. Set the phone to Headset mode.

Bought a spare 3111 handset and cant connect it to my base. it looks as if it was connected to another base at one time. screen just says "connecting..." and there is nothing I can do to clear...

The handset must be registered to the base unit if the system has multiple handset ability, the manual will tell how to register the handset. If the system is a two handset system then only two handsets can be registered.

One of the handsets is flashing "Warning Check Battery" It is a mi6896.  We have lost two of the handsets.  We don't know how to use the "Find Handset" feature on the base unit (the manual...

Find handset works by causing the handset, or handsets to beep when you push the button on the base unit, and until you find the handset and push the off button. If the handsets do not beep the batteries are probably dead.
We have a handset that flashes "Charging", and later, "Connecting", but it never connects. When the handset is removed from the charger the handset shows "Place in charger". By process of elimination I have determined that the handset has a problem. The problem is NOT with the battery OR charger. I hope this info helps you.

Uniden Cordless Phone Model DSS7855. frequently fails to connect to an incoming call, with 'out of range' indication. The phone is less than 1 meter from the base station.

The handset/base keeps a record of who it’s registered to. The base also keeps a record of how many handsets are registered to it.

Using the de-register function on the handset deletes the handset from the base (decrements the count) and deletes the base info from the handset. All this requires that the base and handset can communicate with each other.

To remove the base data from a handset when out of range of the base, press and hold the ‘end’ button and the ‘#’ button simultaneously until the phone beeps. It will now be de-registered from the base.

However, the base will still have this handset in it’s record.

To de-register all handsets from the base, remove power and the base handset. Press and hold the ‘flash/find hs’ button while applying power. Wait for the beep and release the button. The charge light will now flash. Sit any handset in the cradle. When the flashing stops, all handsets are inhibited from connecting.

However, the handset still appears to be connected to the base unit. Pressing talk will give an ‘Unable to connect’ message. To re-register the handsets to the base, you have to de-register the handset first with the two button method.

Of interest, pressing ‘*’ and ‘#’ on the handset while reconnecting the battery is suppose to reset the handset. Doing the same on the base unit puts you in some sort of diagnostic mode. Press speaker to exit.
