I accidentally locked my Nokia X2 phone. it asked me for the PUK # and then asked me to enter new pin number and then verify. But when I enter my own new pin it tells me it's incorrect. what do I do?

Ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000


Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.
IF Problem not Solved So
Please New Software install in the Phone Problem will Solved

Your nokia 6020 doesn't have problem. It's your sim card. If you still have your simcard packaging, the PUK code is written their inside it's brochure. Or you can also go to your mobile phone network and ask its PUK code. Or simply buy a new simcard with the same network company. Thank you

PUK code can only provided from your service provider/carrier. Call them and ask them for your PUK code and enter that into your phone. then it will accept your NEW 4 digit PIN number. Do not enter any more random codes as it will permanently deactivate your SIM card and then you need to buy a new one.

The card is totally blocked because you have been trying PUK codes before you got the code. ! Solution : Replace the card

PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a uniqueeight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PINnumber to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are thengiven 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is enteredafter the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and willrequire a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider.

I accidentally locked my phone and it asked me for the PUK code. I entered 00000000, then it asked me to for the new PIN code. I keep entering new number but it keeps saying code error! What do I do?!

Can't verify new PIN after using PUK
I do not have solution, but the same problem.
I was asked to enter PUK, which I did (I am 100% sure it is right, coz I am reading it from the card supplied with SIM) and then when asked to ener ew pin and to verify it, i get error code and back to entering PUK again.
It drives me crazy and I have run 5 attempts and 5 are left. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I have E72. I am think to myself if the PUK I am entering, although correct, is not taken corctly via kezboard (perhaps as characters instead of numbers on E72), but not able to verify that as enteries are not displayed when typed in, but straight away u c asterisks...
Pls if anyone can help, as I am basically not reachable on my phone.

you have to phone 07973100450 from a land line. it will ask you for your phone number a few times then it will pass you to  a REAL person who will ask you ask you a few security questions like what are the last four numbers of your top-up card and vol lia that is how you get your four digit id code!!!!!!!

Hi everyone

Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.

2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.
