Question about Creative Labs ZEN V Plus MP3 Player
I'm getting a error code COOD1236 when trying to Sync some files to zen. I'm following all the same steps as prior use. Also,, when I try to upgrade the firmware, it fails.
ERROR CODE COOD1236

I ended up going into the recovery mode by pressing the play button and power,,, release the play. It displays the option of Reformmatting and or Reloading O/S. When you do this the computer USB didn't recognize the device. I found that if you use the creative zen recovery tool you can depress the devices return button which allows the software to recognize zen. The recovery tool promted firmware load,, load was successful. For some reason the player went dead after that but this morning I disconnected and reloaded songs. I thought this a.m. I was going to be back to square one but apparently I was tired from the struggle.
