Can't hear through the ear piece. must use speakerphone

Typically when the earpiece (or speaker for that matter) is not working, that indicates that the component is faulty. In order to correct the issue, a replacement part must be installed.
Due to the popularity of the Razr V3 series, replacement pats are not difficult to find. Also, due to it's age, these parts aren't expensive to replace either.
Online retailers, such as eBay typically provide the easiest access to such parts, in this case, the earpiece should cost only about $4-8 with S/H included. The downside being that the Razr would need to be opened in order to replace the earpiece and depending on the level of experience of the end-user, it could be rather difficult to get to some of the Razr's interior components without damaging others.
There are online retailers that provide this type of service and it will usually cost anywhere from $35-85 for a flat fee repair, but that may not be cost effective given the age of the Razr.
Another alternative is to purchase a relatively inexpensive headset and pair it with your Razr. It will provide both the incoming/outgoing sound and can be purchased for between $6-30. Note that there are two types of headsets: wired and bluetooth, with the bluetooth sets at the upper end of the price scale and the wired set at the lower end.
Lastly, if the Razr is still under warranty or you have insurance coverage through your provider, this type of failure is covered under the terms & conditions and could be replaced with a new phone for little to no out of pocket expense for the end-user.

I have a new razr v3m and when i enter the bluetooth pin number the phone says invalid no. but the blue tooth headset will hook up to my other 3 phones

Make sure that none of the other three phones are turned on, and make sure your bluetooth is turned off as well. While the Razr phone is on, remove the battery and SIM (if it has one). Then repower the phone on and attempt to repair the headset using the code 0000. This is assuming that both phone and bluetooth are capable of the same profiles. You can learn more here:

Charging

Return it immediately to where you bought it and exchange it for another brand. If you cannot find another comparable unit for non-bluetooth phones and must exchange it for another BT250 you may have to go through the excahnge routine several time before you get one that has a fresh battery.

These units have notoriously bad non-replaceable batteries and if the unit sat on the shelf for many months the battery is shot. Sorry for the bad news.

Pairing a Jabra 250 headset with my new motorazr2

Here is what you need to have configured on your phone for Bluetooth connections:

1. Create a link between your Motorola RAZR Phone and any Bluetooth Accessory 1.0 and up, you need to turn the Bluetooth connection "on". This is how: Go into your phone "settings". > Then select "Connection" > "Bluetooth Link" > "Set Up" > "Power" > "On". The connection will stay on until you turn it off. We recommend to turn it off when not in use to preserve battery life.

2. To connect your RAZR to another Bluetooth hands free kit or headset, go into "Settings" > "Connection" > "Bluetooth Link" > "Handsfree" > (Look for Device). You phone will scan for available devices located within the range of the RAZR, approx 30 feet away. If your cell phone is already connected to a Blue Tooth headset, you must disconnect from it to find other devices. Once you have identified your bluetooth device, highlight its name and click on the "select" button.
3. The Bluetooth device will ask permission to connect. Select "yes" and press the "select" button; after that you will be prompted to insert a PIN code to initiate a secure connection. The PIN code is usually provided by the Bluetooth device manufacturer (in the manual), not the RAZR (unless you are connecting to another phone). Once the connection is made, you should see the bluetooth logo displayed on the internal screen, while the external screen Bluetooth indicator will flash.
