Question about Canon PIXMA MX310 All-In-One Printer
I just filled the ink cartrige and the printer says that ink has run out... its driving me crazy because I need to scan some documents and it wont let me do ANYTHING until I fix this problem.
Are you using new ink cartridges or manufactured ones? If the device in not recognizing the new ink, Try deleting it in the printers file and reinstall it. if this doesn't work uninstall the software shut down the system and restart, then reinstall the software. Many units don't see recognize cartridges that have been refilled.
