It would help to know what pc and operating system u are using, but try this. Go into system prefs and click on 'sound' and then 'output'. You should
see the KO500's listed there. Click on them to select, and that
should solve it.

How do I pair my Bluetooth speaker to My Acer

You do not list the desktop you are using , so I assume it is Windows 7.

The answer is on this web page, Windows 7 needs the latest drivers, as it is not supplied as a default, with Bluetooth speaker drivers.

If you know the model of your Bluetooth device then you can try to search the driver on the web, everything's on the web nowadays:)

By the way did you installed any driver when you first used your bluetooth device coz most bluetooth device is just plugged and play no need to install any driver, If you did not installed any driver when you first used it then that means that either there's something wrong with your bluetooth device or your pc is the one having a problem detecting the device. Try to use you bluetooth device to another computer to isolate the problem.

A problem regarding bluetooth

You need to install the bluetooth software, if you have a disk, install from there. Otherwise look on the manufacturers website for the drivers and other software you may want. the bluetooth device itself is just the hardware, you need both the software and the hardware, good luck,
PS, also mention what operating system you have, because XP doesn't support it even though it will work on XP, that's a MSFT thing, they would rather say they don't support something than have it work properlly with their software

Uninstall the driver. Shutdown the unit then insert the bluetooth adapter and then reinstall driver.

If not then check settings of your firewall or antivirus.

Hope this helps you already.

No sound

go into the control panel - go into sound & audio devices - go to the audio tab - you should see default sound device with a pull down menu - pull it down and see if you have any other devices for audio playback - but first you need to enable your bluetooth speakers or you will never hear anything if you can change devices - same goes for the default recording device and default midi device - hope this helps you out.
