Did you buy the computer new and if you did the instructions are helpful. I know many people don't like to read if no instructions then the check with teck solutions. most times the drive wasent installed thats why you dont see an option. also check the serch option when you serch type web cam and see if any thing comes out that will help you. If it does then right click on it and send a short cut to the desk top
I would assume this is a built in web-cam. Normally a web-cam software comes installed on your computer and all you need to do start the software and the web-cam will start. Or you may use this link to get a free web-cam software. http://www.eyespyfx.com/my_webcam_broadcaster.htm Note, if the web-cam is not a built in web-cam this will work a bit differently.
Click the start button then click all programs now find your web cam and right click it and select send to, and then select desktop=create short cut and it will place a short cut Icon to the desktop.
hi that would be simple if you find the folder in which the web cam icon is located right click on the icon scroll down to send another window should open up on the side then click on desktop(shortcut) this should put the icon as a short cut on the desk top.
NB:
the icon that you right click on must be the icon that acesses & activates the crystal eye web cam.
