Try deleting browsing history in your browser. If you're using Internet Explorer (IE),
- Open up any IE.
- Go to SAFETY>DELETE BROWSING HISTORY
- Restart your computer.
You can also try RESETTING Internet Explorer. It will put all of the IE's settings to the default but it will not erase your bookmarks.
- Just open up any IE window
- Go to TOOLS> INTERNET OPTIONS> A window will popup.
- Go to ADVANCED Tab and click RESET.
You can also try using SYSTEM RESTORE to go back to a date where you were able to use your computer normally.
- Just click START
- Type SYSTEM RESTORE on SEARCH PROGRAMS AND FILES Bar
- Hit ENTER and then just follow the steps.
If that doesn't work, there may be a third party software that's causing the issue or it could be a virus attack.
Hope this helps.
