Question about HP 610 Color Copier
Last week I changed the color ink cartridge and did all I needed to do. After doing this when I copy one page it will display error "No Color Supply, Insert Ink Cartridge To Prevent Damaging the Product". The only way I can get rid of this error message is to turn the machine off and reboot it and then I'm able to copy one more page. I have printed out ink cartidge information which states that the color ink level is 99% and the black ink level is 62%, the printhead information looks good, all colors are printing.
Try cleaning the print connectors on the cartridge housing area with a q-tip. This should resolve your problem, or else try to run ink cartridge test on your copier. Let me know if this fix your problem.
