Make sure the names of the phones are different if they are the same make, as the bluetooth may see only one phone and see if there is a 'find me' or 'show phone' or similair on your phone. See if your new phone can scan for new devices and see your old phone or pc. The other thing to check is see if the bluetooth works int when you insert your sim card from your previous phone, as the function may not be activated.

You have to bond with the recognized bluetooth. Pair with that and send the file. You will be able to send the file using your bluetooth.

Brand new phone but cant use bluetooth feature for some reason

Do u power on the Bluetooth... if not then u can't connect any device via bluetooth...
Turn on the Bluetooth by Selecting
Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Bluetooth link
now, select
Set up >Power
Click on Change Button and select On
go back
and select hands free then click [look for devices]
it will search for the device...

From another mobile send a file via bluetooth by powering on the bluetooth.
in Motorola copy or move will send the file via bluetooth.

Driver Problem

If you lost your driver.. the best solution is to download the "ActivSync" file from Microsoft. It is the better driver for O2 XDA II mini! Just try to type "ActivSync for O2 XDA II mini in Microsoft" in search address tab and then try to open the list website result it gave you till you reach the right file from microsft. Enjoy downloading.

Why does my bluetooth keep turning itself off ON MY 02 XdaII this even happens when it is all fully charged.

I has the same situation like you but opposite event. My O2 XDA II or Siemens SX66 or even calls Qtek 9090 is another version with your O2 has sometime Bluetooth keeps turning on. I turn it off for few seconds, it is on again. I tried to solve th eproblem by get ito the setting area to turn it off and reset my PDA. My PDA has the area calls Wireless Manager. I click on all three function including phone, wi-fi, bluetooth and go out of wireless manager area and get into connection and click on Bluetooth and turn it on or off then only Bluetooth get effected. I don't know why but that is I found out my own way. Just play around these features by testing it the way I mentioned above. i hope this help. This feature is not stable in these type of models. You are not the only one. ALSO, TRY TO GET IT ON TO CONNECT WITH OTHER BLUETOOTH DEVICES TO HOW IT IS REACTED. Good Luck
