Re: dishwaser

Your machine possibly has a stuck water inlet valve. Water pressure is meant to shut the valve and electricity is used to open it.

My dishwaser dosent finish its cycle it just keeps bleeping

if you are talking about the clean light blinking 7 times it is a water temperature problem either the heater element does not work or you need to run hot water at the sink by the dishwasher until hot to the touch or till at least 110 degrees before starting the dishwasher this should fix ya problem

Broken dishwasher?

The dishwaser has a Anti-Flood device (a polystireene block) on the floor of the dishwaser that activates a micro switch if any small amount of water is on the floor of the washer for any reason. This switch automatically puts the washer on PUMP OUT mode and does flash the error mode and does not work. Find out what causes the water on the floor and that will be the reason for not working...

The water does not go into the dishwaser

I would check the water inlet solenoid first to see if it's getting 110v. If it isn't it could be a bad timer/control switch. If it's getting 110v then the solenoid is probably bad and not opening to allow water through.

The dishwaser takes a very long time to run thruogh is cycles.

on many models, the timer will not move if the water is not up to temp. be sure that you run hot water in the sink until it gets hot before you start the dishwasher.
are your dishes coming out clean and hot? if not, your heating element may be faulty. this is used for drying, but also to maintain water temp. during the cycle. a bad heating element will certainly make the cycle take forever, if it ever gets done. good luck

Disherwasher fills with water but will not spray

Mine did the same thing; cycled through without any actual washing by the spray arms. pulled the sump and found a piece of broken glass was jamming the impeller. Might have been able to remove this glass by removing the volute cover and exposing the impeller while the sump was still in the machine, but that's hindsight.

No water coming into dishwaser.

  1. Valve shut off to dishwasher
  2. Float stuck (bottom right front corner inside - check for obstructions)
  3. Kinked water supply line
