Question about RIM BlackBerry 7250
Check out the following links for troubleshooting: http://uis.georgetown.edu/hardware/blackberry/bb.trouble.html#hard I would also call verizon and have them go over a few settings to ensure that you have the proper settings for your area. Did you dial *228 and then choose option 1 or 2? do both. You might want to wipe the unit clean with the blackberry software, and reactivate again.
