Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
Simple as that. I cannot find a straight answer to the problem without buying new hardware or getting it "reburbished" which I dont believe will solve the problem. Just looking for a better understanding
Have you tried using a lense cleaning siak? The scratches are from the lense acutally hitting the disk from trying to focus.. A good lense cleaning disk may help beyond that it may have to be serviced. I know its not he answer you want to hear but a lense cleaner is the cheaper option and its worth a shot, buy one that works on dvd lenses i wouldnt spend less than 15 bucks on one, as the cheaper ones are worthless except for cd players. The higher end ones actually have a cleaning pad on them.
