Question about E-Machines T6216 (827103077834) PC Desktop
And after it runs for a short time the monitor turns a blueish green.I tried another monitor and new cables with the same results.I hope you can help with this problem. Thanks
Sounds to me like you need a video card to me, You may try reinstalling the drivers for your present video( I am assuming you are using the integrated video ),all drivers for your PC can be found here http://www.emachines.com/support/product_support.html?cat=Desktops&subcat=T%20Series&model=T6216
But I bet you are going to either have to replace the motherboard or buy a video card. According to the specs you will need a PCI Express X16 card. Here is one possibility for 31.00 plus shipping after rebate http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130419
or you can pick one from this list http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2010380048%201069609641&name=PCI%20Express%20x16
