Question about Samsung ML 1710 Laser Printer
Dear Sir, While I am printing some envelops on my the ML-1710 printer, one of it jamed and the red light on, I removed the jamed envelop from the paper pass and the red light still on. I had checked if there is any bit of paper still inside, but there is nothing (and nothgin is missing from the envelop as well). I tried to switch it off and start it again, but it did not start again no light or movement happend in the printer, it looks like dead body. I check the fuse and the exist of electricity is it looks ok. If anyone could help in solve this problem, please let me know. thanks
If you pulled the envelope backwards, most probably you moved one of the paper path sensors out of position. Unfortunately, this is something you should not try to fix yourself, but any experienced printer or electronics technician can help.
