Sorry no idea here but if the programme is playing up then try looking on this web site and its called --sourceforge.org-- this a euroepon parliament sponsored web site and its free to use and download what ever you find that may be usefull. As its all free software developed by universities and such and uploaded free for anyone to brouse and download ,have to be careful here as i have been amolished by the web masters for stating that the originals microsoft programme MS-DOS which was originaly developed at the start of the second world war by two universities to run the computer at bletchley park in the UK for code breaking which later was used by microsoft and copyrighted when it was free software for development use after the war ,this computer was used by the british goverment to decypher encrypted german messages but it was also used to decypher the japanese as well and churchill new the japs were attacking pearl harbour in advance but kept quiet to bring america into the war ,anyway enough of the british version of events as they do conflict with the hollywood version which as everyone knows is the truth the whole truth and hollywood truth .Visit this site anyway and see if you can find a new suitable programme
Why is this happening
issue can occur as a result of uninstalling the Google Desktop installed by Quickbooks on a computer running Microsoft Windows Vista. Launching
QuickBooks after uninstalling Google will cause the error message.
This issue is also known to occur with computers that have been
upgraded from Windows XP to Windows Vista, where Google Desktop was
uninstalled under Windows XP. Both cases would yield the same error
message. How to fix the problem
This issue was resolved in the latest release for your version of QuickBooks.
Please update your program to the most current release.
just click on that link above then click on the (update) image on that page.
Issue appears to be related to IE8 and an Active X security issue. One solution is to un-install Qbooks, update your runtime -- you'll find it here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=7B9BA261-7A9C-43E7-9117-F673077FFB3C&displaylang=en Then re-install Qbooks. You may not need to go to this extreme as you can try just installing the runtime upgrade which may resolve the problem. Another suggestion is to open up 'security' for IE8 and lower the security settings...although this resolution may have a downside...
After long hours searching solutions for this, i have finely got back my work and just in time for submission.well my problem occur when using Word 2007 so this is what i have done. :
1. Go to http://converter.tds.lv 2. Upload the docx document of yours and submit the form. 3. The result then will give you the ability to download varius file format. click the .doc file and it will download the file. 4. Open the .doc in Word 2007. 5. In my case i have got all the format and text back (but i found few text format missing/gone. Just a few though.). So it is better than nothing right?
