You shouldn't have to click on it. some how someone messed up the programing part. should automatically start the menu. go to firefox on your browser, they got an update, firefox 3, download to your stick. that should do it, worked for me.

Insert your memory stick into your USB port go to my computor and see if it has been detected, if so right click on it and use the option format, this shall clear all your stored data but it wil restore your memory stick.
Your USB drive should show up under My computer. Double click on my computer and look for an icon that says something like mass storage device. The drive should be E: or above. If you double click on that icon, everything saved to the drive should show up just like any other harddrive. You can drag items to or from this drive.
1 Connect your flash drive to your computer using an available USB port. If your flash drive is not recognized, you'll usually receive an error that says "USB Device Not Recognized."
2 Click "Start" > "Control Panel" and open the system configuration by double-clicking the "System" icon.
3 Navigate to the "Hardware" tab and click the "Device Manager" button to open the Device Manager.
4 Click the "+" next to "Disk Drives" and locate your USB flash drive. A question mark icon should be shown to the left of the label. Right-click the device name and select "Uninstall."
5 Open the "Action" menu at the top of the Device Manager and select "Scan for hardware changes." This will scan your PC for any new devices. Because you uninstalled the flash drive, it will be detected as a new device and the drivers will be reinstalled.
6 Click "Start" > "My Computer" and look for your flash drive. If this process was successful, your flash drive should now show up under My Computer as a storage disk.
Hope the above information will be helpful to you. Thanks.
