Question about Optoma H30 Multimedia Projector
I have a Optima H27 and it has intermittent translucent like color change. I tried to replace the bulb/lamp think it was that, but after doing that i am still having the same problem. Any help???, would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Well we found the problem……. (but no thanks to the technician who charged us $97.00 to clean it and say there was no problem….) In frustration and playing around with the menu on the projector, we saw that there is an option for high altitude and when we click on that and seen that it was on the “off” position we selected for it to be “on” and guess what? Another fan came on and apparently that fan run constantly to keep it cool inside the projector….. must have something to do with mounting the projector on the ceiling…now the color is back to perfect again...thank god.....we have our theatre/sports room back.....
(I can only guess that my kids hit the reset button on the menu to reset all setting and it turned the high altitude off…) Hope this helps anyone else having similar problems…..
