Turn off power at the wall and remove the four screws on top of machine.Towards the front of the machine you will see a cream coloured reset button. push this down until it clicks. replace the cover and put power on and that should be it!

Washer and dryer not heating up

Hi,

If you are having problems with your gas dryer not heating the most common problem is that the ignitor goes bad. Even though it glows sometimes it is still not working properly.

if you dryer is gas check out this gas no heat tip....

If you have an electric dryer, you can have many different things that can go wrong causing the dryer not to heat.

check out this electric no heat tip...

Candy washer dryer 1400 spin cmd 146

try taking the soap dispenser draw out a give it a thorough clean inside and on the underneath of the drawer, then clean inside the machine where the drawer fits into. Sometimes a build up of detergent/softener can cause this.

I hope this helps

Clothes dryer

washer dryer and dryer ony machines differ in a huge way. the big diff. is the drums on each are completly different sizes. the conventional dryer has the bigger, giving better air flow and tumble to clothes. the w/d has a smaller drum thus less air flow and less tumble between clothes. the best way to see this effect is remove half the clothes after a wash and then select a drying cycle. u will see that by giving the clothes more room to tumble free of each other rather than tumbling in a large ball will dry them. washer dryers are really only a marketing tool.

Dryer not heating up

Hi Mally Try the following thread - http://www.fixya.com/problems-solutions/t103658,p117053/Bosch-Dryers.aspx It might also be relevant to your problem. Another pointer - - There might be a heat-sensitive fuse in the exhaust section of the dryer. The fuse is designed to turn off the heater element if the exhaust temperature gets too high. If this fuse is defective, it will keep the heater element from getting current. Good luck!
