You probably did not get a response to your message because it posted as a 'new' mesage rather than being attached to your original to which someone had responded.
Check under the 'My Profile' link on the upper right of the page and your first message should be listed there so you can answer the (apparent) clarification request.

First of all let me preface this by saying that I don't chat a lot and I don't use abbreviated words so I might wear your patience thin because I type kinda slow. Nonetheless, I have a dell E773c monitor...

Hi, I would say its nothing to do with your drivers as these basically tell the pc what monitor you have and how to interact with it. It sounds like the buttons and/or associated circuits on the monitor relating to the monitor menus are on the way out. It may be possible to fix, but you would have to take it to a repair centre.

Problem in Auto adjust mode

Auto Adjust work on the basis of resolution to which Windows set. It occurs mostly if Video drivers are not installed. Please check and install video drivers and also try to change screen resolutions from display properties in control panel.....

Monitor problem

Try unplugging the video cord from the computer.
If it does the same thing then it is not detecting your cord.
If so, try a new cord.

What does it say on the screen if the above does not fix it.

Hi,
In case you have connected both the DVI and VGA cables to the back monitor can cause this problem. Try unplugging one of the cables and check if the problem gets resolved
