See the diagram and test it:
some block inside can be defective, however tight any wires connectors inside, you must open the DVD.
if you can not do it go to the repair shopt TV for fix it

Sounds like it may be a bad linking cable or connection. Make sure you have cables inserted firmly and correctly. If possible, hook main unit to TV to be sure you are getting proper Video/Audio output.

i found the problem of the video blackout of the second screen, it's the chip marked CC5R sot23-6 close to the a/v connector. it's possible to make it work without changing the IC but you won't be able to have an output or input depending what you want to do if you want to make it work as original, replace that chip and it will work again. any other questions i will come back soon
